My background is in improving organisations and business processes, not technology for its own sake.
I have worked with Microsoft Dynamics since 2006. In 2011, I became a full-time Dynamics CRM consultant, working successively at Macaw, InSpark and Avanade. I delivered a wide range of implementations, helped build a Dynamics practice and progressed into Team Lead and Account Lead roles.
I have worked independently since 2018. I move comfortably between management, process owners, consultants and developers. I help define the direction and contribute to delivery, from process design and data models to apps, automation, APIs and integrations.

I live in Wassenaar with my family. Outside consultancy, I like to stay active through boxing, rowing, running and sailing a Hobie 16 at sea.
That combination of keeping perspective, continuing to learn and doing the work also shapes how I approach consulting.
